TransWest Team Member Advisory Group (TAG)

Team member voices driving real change

Introducing the Team Member Advisory Group (TAG)

We believe the best ideas come from the people who bring our values to life every day. The Team Member Advisory Group (TAG) was created to give team members a direct voice in shaping the workplace experience.

TAG ensures that every voice is heard. TAG is a 20-person group of team members from across TransWest. Trained and supported to work as a problem-solving team, the TAG helps address operational issues at TransWest. Leadership will continue to strengthen our culture while the TAG will work on enhancing the team member experience.

TAG members meet monthly for continuous improvement

  • Brainstorm ideas to improve operations and strengthen our team culture

  • Identify opportunities to make daily work safer, smoother, and more enjoyable

  • Provide feedback on processes, communication, and team experience

  • Recommend improvements to leadership that enhance the TransWest workplace
