Andrew saw a void in the transportation and parking industry, and fixed it. In 1998, Andrew formed TransWest, an industry-leading transportation and parking hospitality organization that puts the customer first. Andrew welcomes a challenge and meets it head on with creative and pragmatic solutions. He uses this talent while providing strategic business guidance and overseeing TransWest’s marketing, finance and operational development. He is also known for pioneering change with cutting-edge technology and innovative operational equipment for the transportation sector. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Washington, and currently serves as an active board member for the National Valet Parking Association and Boeing Classic Golf Tournament.
Tracy is a difference-maker in the transportation, parking, and event operations industry with more than 15 years working with the largest venues and events in the Pacific Northwest. In her work managing TransWest’s office and administration team, Tracy is creative and adaptable. She develops competitive proposals and delivers on custom event operations. Tracy also roots for the home team while providing transportation management for Husky Stadium (University of Washington), Century Link Field (Seattle Seahawks NFL and Sounders FC), and Safeco Field (Mariners MLB). She creates and manages all aspects of transportation and staffing for events of varying sizes. Simply put, Tracy is well-versed at moving large groups of people—seamlessly. She is well-regarded for finding creative and cost-effective solutions whether it’s for a corporate meeting or 72,000 enthused football fans. Tracy makes sure each person arrives safe and satisfied by bus, charter, car, and when it is needed, even by boat!

Jeremy is an expert in commuter management solutions and leads TransWest’s business development team while managing key strategic partnerships. He has diverse experience in team management, finance, business operations, events and delivering stellar marketing plans. When Jeremy joined the team in 2008, he brought more than his industry knowledge and operations experience; he brought valuable client relationship insights. Jeremy is unwavering is his ability to develop long-term trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Jeremy’s career success is driven by his relationship building know-how and he uses a keen rapport to ensure transparency, exceptional work performance and outstanding service delivery.
Director of Operations
Kyle provides key oversight for TransWest’s multiple operating divisions as the Director of Operations. Before joining the team in 2015, Kyle held various positions in the transportation industry spanning from the delivery sector to transit. As an innovative business operations driver, Kyle encourages and embraces process improvements, collaborative communications, and safety-first awareness, all while promoting outstanding client service. Kyle is in the process of obtaining a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager certification from NAFA, to stay up-to-date on fleet trends, maintenance practices and alternative fuels.
