After completing a $250 million renovation in July 2008, Westfield asked to expand TransWest services. We grew their custom program and service for this 9,000-stall property to also include an off-site employee shuttle system. So, in the end, we provided transportation management, parking lot management, traffic control and traffic plans and direction, plus employee shuttles. During the grand re-opening, than 150,000 shoppers visited the mall over a three-day period. And routinely during the holiday season, it’s not uncommon for our team to assist with the flow of more than 35,000 people daily.
