Overlake Medical Office Building

Both Overlake Medical Center and Andersen Construction engaged TransWest to procure off-site parking and to manage daily crew shuttle transportation for the construction of the hospital’s 205,000 square-foot medical office building and 275,000 square-foot parking garage. As the local footprint and space was limited for vehicle weight, height, and space requirements, this completely custom shuttle and off-site parking project included use of specialized commuter vehicles that transported more than 650 employees and building contractors during construction.
